Terms of Service

1. The service

LAP is a private, local-only iPhone app that helps you keep weekly class schedules, take attendance, and notice when a student’s package is complete. The app runs on your iPhone; we do not store your data on any server.

2. Subscription and billing

Access to LAP requires an active subscription, billed monthly through Apple’s App Store. Pricing and any free trial terms are shown in the app at the time of purchase and in your Apple ID account settings.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You manage and cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, not from inside the app.

If you redeem a promotional offer code, the terms displayed at the moment of redemption apply.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of the data you enter.
• Obtaining appropriate consent from anyone whose information you enter (students, parents, guardians).
• Using the app for lawful purposes only.
• Keeping your own backups. Use Settings → Data → Export regularly.

4. No warranties

LAP is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, that data will never be lost, or that the app will remain available on the App Store.

You use the app at your own risk. For data safety, export regularly.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dipolisoft and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost revenue, missed lessons, or any other business loss — arising from or related to your use of the app.

Total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may stop using LAP at any time by deleting it from your iPhone. Cancellation of the subscription stops billing but does not delete your local data; uninstalling the app does.

We may discontinue support for LAP at any time. If we do, we will make a reasonable effort to give notice so you can export your data first.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is shown in the app. By continuing to use the app after a change, you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute should first be addressed in good faith by writing to support@dipolisoft.com. Unresolved disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.
