Privacy Policy

LAP is a local-only iPhone app made by Dipolisoft. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. The short version: we do not have a server, and we never see anything you enter.
1. We do not collect personal data
LAP has no backend, no account, no sign-up, and no telemetry. Anything you enter — student names, phone numbers, attendance records, notes — stays on your iPhone. We do not receive it.
2. Local storage
Your data lives in a local SQLite database on your iPhone. If you have iCloud Backup enabled in iOS Settings, Apple includes this database in your encrypted iCloud backup. That backup is between you and Apple — we have no access to it.
3. Subscriptions
LAP charges a monthly subscription through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card details. The app only checks whether your subscription is active, using Apple’s StoreKit on your device.
4. Notifications
LAP can show local notifications on your device (lesson reminders, payment due alerts). These are scheduled by the app and shown by iOS. No notification content is sent anywhere off your device.
5. Third parties
The app does not include any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It does not communicate with any server other than Apple’s App Store for subscription verification.
6. Children’s information
You may use LAP to track lessons for children. As the studio operator, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from parents or guardians before entering a child’s information. The data flow is between you and your device — we do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Data deletion
To delete your data, uninstall LAP from your iPhone. iOS will remove the local database. If you had iCloud Backup enabled, the backed-up copy is removed according to Apple’s policies (typically when you remove the backup or sign out of iCloud).
8. Data export
Settings → Data → Export gives you a JSON file containing all of your local data. You can store it anywhere you like. We never receive this file.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version is shown in the app and published on the App Store. The effective date above will be updated.
